Experience
A recruiter who works directly in the market
I'm Zach Brown, and I run Sales Pipeline Pros. I source, assess, and place remote appointment setters, sales closers, client success managers, and sales managers. Clients work directly with me rather than through a rotating agency team.
Before launching Sales Pipeline Pros, I worked with three other recruiting agencies. My current network is built from candidate referrals, past placements, private sales communities, and direct relationships with experienced reps.
I use technology and AI to organize information and catch details, but hiring recommendations remain human decisions based on the role, the business, and the person involved.
The Autonomy Code
The principles behind the recruiting work and the writing
Know Your Stuff
Understand the offer, the market, the candidate, and the operating environment before making a recommendation.
Tell the Truth
Be direct about fit, tradeoffs, compensation, lead quality, and what the evidence does or does not support.
Let Buyers Buy
Give founders, candidates, and customers enough clarity to make their own decision without pressure tactics.
Editorial Method
How Market Intel is produced
Market Intel starts with my original writing and firsthand observations from remote sales recruiting. Articles focus on hiring, compensation, retention, sales process, sales culture, ethical selling, and the impact of AI on sales and recruiting.
The publishing system can create a headline, summary, URL, and category, but it is not permitted to rewrite the article body. The original wording, punctuation, spelling, capitalization, and voice are preserved; only paragraph spacing may change.
Opinion pieces are presented as opinion. Pages that make factual comparisons or use outside data should identify the evidence and disclose Sales Pipeline Pros' commercial interest. Material corrections are reflected in the page's updated date.
