The Only Stable Scoreboard Is the Customer
Intel Brief
OTEs fluctuate, offers oscillate, but fulfillment is what separates survivors from flops.

Operator Note
If you're a company trying to hire, or a rep hunting your next gig - check it.
Companies: stop dangling inflated OTEs. Where I come from we call that lying.
Reps: stop chasing whatever offer looks hot this month. Even if the OTE is verified, it's still short-term thinking.
Without fail, every offer in this space goes through violent oscillations.
To the moon today, dumpster fire tomorrow.
Especially in startups. Especially in info/e-learning.
The ONE thing that separates offers that survive from offers that fold on the flop?
Fulfillment.
If the customer gets the promised result, the offer has legs. It can survive the marathon. If not, it burns out in six months.
Reps: you'll always sell better when you know it works. Confidence beats borrowed belief every time.
Companies: you'll always attract (and keep) the right talent when your clients stick, don't claw back, and send referrals.
Money will always fluctuate.
The only STABLE scoreboard is the customer.
If they're being served, you've got real runway. If not? Cash out and head home early. The Casino ain't for you.
