Any Time a Company Advertises for a 'Tough Sales Closer,' Run
Intel Brief
Tough closer is code for 'our offer doesn't sell itself and we need someone to pressure people into buying.'

Saw a post the other day hiring a “Tough Sales Closer.”
Oh boy…
I'm willing to bet that any time a company advertises for a “savage, dawg, never-backs-down closer,”
they’re basically announcing to the whole High-Ticket Casino:
“Our infrastructure is a hot pile of steamy doo-doo.”
Lead quality (if it exists) is a coin flip.
Testimonials are screenshots and vibes.
And the last three closers apparently “had terrible work ethic.”
Right.
Because the problem is DEFINITELY not the system.
They just need someone “HUNGRY.”
Someone willing to gamble their sanity on an offer that hasn’t paid out meaningful commissions since the last bull run.
Here’s the uncomfortable truth that’ll make shirts fly:
When the system is dialed… you don’t need a superhero.
And you certainly don’t need someone to overcompensate for your inability to build a well-oiled machine.
You’re basically hoping to hire a rep who’s survived enough trainwreck offers to instinctively plug
