Costco's 94% Retention Rate vs. The Casino's Sweat Shops

Saw this psot and had AI do some digging for me because I was sure that Costco's turnover rate had to super low...

Turns out that's a big fat YUP.

Costco reported a 94% retention rate for US/Canadian employees who have been there at least a year.

94%.

Their average employee tenure is NINE YEARS.

And more than 50% of US employees have been there 5+ years.

And that's in RETAIL people.

Annual turnover in retail is 40-60%.

Costo is sub 8%.

And Costco themselves basically tells you why:

They pay better.

WHOOAAAAAAA.

Shocker.

Meanwhile the Casino is chock FULL of RINKY-DINK hunger-game, sweat shop JOKES of an operation, with 2 week [UNPAID] trials where reps are competing for a role doing 400 dials a day (yes, just heard this one this morning).

Interesting how people just MAGICALLY seem to stick around when working for you is actually a good deal for them.

P.S. If you own/operate a casino company and you hire people for free, unpaid trials, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Maybe @Mark Zuckerburg should shut your ads off to help you get the picture.
