Sales pros, I just finished building a new "Match Engine" for my recruiting agency.

Instead of you applying to the pipeline or just one job and having to sift through all the open offers I have, and hoping for the best,

my system can now "instantly" compare your profile against every role I currently have open.

It looks at your sales stats, COV, resume, ect and the requirements of the company, then spits out your top 3 matches along with the reasoning why.

Obviously, this does NOT replace my involvement as the intuition I add cannot be replicated by AI (yet),

and because it's automated, everything is still subject to my final approval.

That wll be communciated to you that it does not automatically mean I will submit you - BUT that aside...
